सन्ध्या वन्दन
Sandhya Vandana is described as an essential daily duty for Brahmins. Today many do not perform it simply because the method is no longer known. ShivBodh Trust teaches the Trikala Sandhya according to each of the four Vedas.
Only boys (balak) aged 15 to 20 years can apply for Sandhya Vandana. Enquiries for students outside this age are not considered, and the form accepts a date of birth only within this range.

चारों वेदों की सन्ध्या
The time of sandhya is the same for all four Vedas, but the mantras and the vidhi are different. The Trust teaches the sandhya of all four Vedas, so every student learns the form that belongs to his own Veda.
