Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers about the Trust, its four projects, the books and its separate branches.
ShivBodh Trust directly focuses on education and social service. Its four public projects are Vidyarthi Sahyog, Veda Parayana Sahyog, Gau Mata Seva and Annadeva Yojana.
The project is intended for sincere students studying Veda or Sanskrit in a gurukul, as well as students who live independently or in rented accommodation while continuing such study. Support is coordinated against a verified current need.
It supports the disciplined recitation and study of the Vedas by helping verified Parayana activities, participating scholars and the practical arrangements required for the work.
Gau Mata Seva is a programme the Trust wishes to take forward: feeding cows found roaming on the streets of Kashi and coordinating care or treatment for injured and unwell animals. Supporters can contact the team about fodder, anna-daan or a cow that needs help.
Annadeva Yojana is a programme the Trust wishes to take forward, aimed at a simple, complete meal built around roti, sabzi, dal and rice. The project approaches food service as prani-seva.
Open the Projects page, choose one project and write to hi@shivbodhtrust.org with the project name. Ask about the present requirement before contributing funds, ingredients, fodder, study material or your time.
Write to hi@shivbodhtrust.org. The earlier address shivbodhtrust@gmail.com also remains active. Please mention the project name in the subject so the right team member can reply.
Yes. Supporters anywhere can write to the Trust about study material, Parayana support, fodder or meal ingredients. The team will explain how a contribution can reach the current need without your being present.
Email the Trust with the area or landmark, a short description of the cow’s condition and, if possible, a photo. The team will try to coordinate help. In an emergency, also contact the local municipal animal-care service.
Confirm every request through the official email before sending money or material. The Trust does not ask for funds through unverified messages, social profiles or third parties, and never asks for card PINs, OTPs or passwords.
